Three Rivers Petroglyph Site (Part 2)

Circle and dot motifs account for over 10% of the Three Rivers petroglyphs.

This carving of a bighorn sheep pierced by three arrows is arguably the best known petroglyph at Three Rivers.

The Godfrey Hills stand on the left and further beyond is the Sierra Blanca range, which is part of the White Mountain Wilderness of Lincoln National Forest. The highest point is Sierra Blanca Peak, which rises to an elevation of 11,981 feet.
